This is the last time I saw him play in the 2007 Under21 UEFA Euro. If onoly Antunes hadn't missed the penalty in the penalty shootout against Italy then Portugal could have been in the Beijing Olympics.
Da Costa was one of the best players in this Under21 Portugal team. Him and, now Sp. Braga player, left-back Joao Pereira. Nani was a disappointment and only scored in the last game of the tournament.
