Portugal gets a precious victory and it's propelled to second place in the Group H table. The team spirit that wasn't clear in the last game was apparent today. Nani scores twice in the first half. The biggest news is that Cristiano Ronaldo scores in the second half---finally. When was the last time he scored for Portugal in a qualification, like in the 2010 World Cup qualification?

With today's victory Portugal 3-1 Denmark, Portugal is in second place in its group for the Euro 2012 qualification round. Portugal will need to win its next qualification match away in Reykjavi, against the last team on the group table-- Iceland. It has lost both of its qualification matches and only scored one goal.
