27 year-old Tiago was finally playing in the Juventus starting lineup consecutively. He even played in the historic win at the Bernabeu, the champions league game Real Madrid 0-2 Juventus. Since he was playing regularly, Queiroz called him up for the friendly Brazil 6-2 Portugal on Nov. 19, 2008. He played the first 46 minutes in the friendly and then was replaced by Raul Meireles.
However, the following Saturday, Tiago started in the big game Inter - Juventus. Bad luck struck in the third minute when he had to leave limping. According to the Juventus site, Tiago can start training "within 30 or 40 days".
Right now Juventus is in 3rd place with 24 points.
