Sub21 Portugal 3-1 Switzerland, Feb 10, 2009

The Selecção Nacional Sub-21 won yesterday in the friendly against Switzerland! I remember the sad days when it was coached by Jose Couceiro in 2007. His assistant coach Rui Cacador was assigned as the temporary coach when Couceiro was sacked. Cacador's positive results led the FPF to name him as the head coach.

Tough to follow it because the Nanis, Miguel Velosos, and Moutinho's are no longer there like in 2006/7. Two new players in today's Portugal 1-0 Finland came from this Sub-21 group. Looking forward to more positive results with Rui Cacador.
