Malta v. Portugal on September 6, 2008.

Portugal v. Denmark on September 10, 2008 at Estadio Alvalade, Lisbon, Portugal (Sporting's home stadium).

Surprises: Maniche is back! No Ricardo Quaresma. No goalkeeper Ricardo again! Antunes is in the list AGAIN. Danny who moved from Dinamo Moscow to Zenith this season.

Maniche is playing regularly in Atletico Madrid. Scolari didn't call him up for the Euro 2008 when he was playing regularly at Inter. Yannick- on a goalscoring streak with Sporting, even scoring against FC Porto int he Supertaca 2008. I have no doubt Almeida will be on the bench.
