I was looking at the fotogallery on Record.pt and this picture came up. A yellow soccer ball. The caption: Alcochete, Portugal, July 8, 2008- The players of Sporting Lisbon used the new soccer ball, named Euro Pass. Very colorful. It has the Portuguese flag and the ball honors the Spanish national team with the colors, red and yellow.
This will be the soccer ball used this season 2008-2009 in the Portuguese League, the Superliga, the Liga BWin.
Why yellow? I prefer the classic white and black colors. Even the Europass soccer ball from the Euro 2008 was better looking than this one.
They didn't have to color the whole soccer ball in yellow if they wanted to honor Spain as the Euro champion. So if Germany had won the final, it would have been orange? It also looks like the soccer ball of the America club of Mexico. Here's how it looks in the field in the sunlight:

It even matches the training kits of the FC Porto goalkeepers!

- What do you think of the colors of this soccer ball?
