Carlos Queiroz dared to put Pepe in the starting lineup in this friendly Brazil 6-2 Portugal. Pepe had just recovered from an injury and Real Madrid didn't think he could play 90 minutes. Needless to say, Real Madrid was not too pleased to see Pepe play his first game from injury, all 90 minutes.
