I was looking forward to this friendly last year. To me it was revenge and the narrators on Antena1 radio said the same thing. "We still have that final at the Da Luz on our minds, haven't completely swallowed it yet." When it was 2-0, couldn't believe it.
Cristiano Ronaldo got injured 2 days before the game so he wasn't even called up. The captain then was Nuno Gomes, who scored in the 75th minute.
